This system is used for organizing the payment process with each electricity consumer of the domestic segment and small companies. It could be organized on the base of prepayment for the consumed electrical energy: a consumer pays for the exact amount of electrical energy, this data is marked on the smart-card, the consumer put in the smart-card into the meter, the meter delivers the paid amount of electrical energy. When sound signal is heard, it means that the paid amount of energy has finished and the meter stops the energy delivery or reduce momentary consumed power.
